    The Fanti family owns over 7000 olive trees of the typical Tuscan varieties, all planted in the hill areas of the estate.
The extra virgin olive oil is produced in the family traditional oil mill, where the Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Olivastra olives are crushed at room temperature to keep intact their natural aromas.
